At first the brush may seem a bit harsh for the delicate surface of the tongue... but stick with it and persevere. Using it may even make you gag but I promise you will, over time, get used to it.In conjunction with using the tongue brush try also to clean the roof of your mouth too using an ordinary manual toothbrush at the same time that you are cleaning your teeth. Using the tongue brush you will need to reach right back into the mouth with it, in order to scrape away the debris from the tongue and you may need to repeat the process with quite a few strokes until the tongue is visably clear of gunk. Rinse the brush under running water after each pass over the tongue. Gargle or rinse with something like CB12 and allow this regimen to become your daily ritual for oral hygiene... you won't be disappointed. Your tonge may bleed a little at first but this will not last... the tongue is incredibly robust and will soon get used to the brush... but all the same, your intention should not be to strip away the surface of the tongue... just the smelly sulpherous residue on the tongue surface and that is one of the main causes of bad breath. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good tongue scrapper. *by M***N on 15 May 2022* You don’t have to be too hard and it’s the best one I’ve used so far.
