How can i sterilise this with the microwave? do i need to add some water? how many minutes?

Yes, these can be sterilised by using a microwave. There are several different ways to do this. It is possible to sterilise by placing the spoon tips and storage case into into a bowl of water for a couple of minutes (it depends on the power of your microwave) or you can use a special bag (like the Vital Baby NURURE microwave sterilising bag) to steam sterilise by using a microwave. As with any method, please follow the manufacturers instructions.

You can indeed, they are all standard sizes up-to 7 months where some foods have wider spouts so food with more texture can pass through. Ellas K, Heinz and other all good.

Will these fit The Small Human co. pouches?

Sorry I don't know I never bought the small human pouches. I did find they fit most pouches though. I used them a lot.
