I bought a brand new charger. However, the charger was received without its factory packaging and has some markes. Seems to be used charger instead of brand new!.

Charged two 18v 5ah batteries without any problem. Battery must seat well in the charger's socket, push it until it stops, then charge it. Otherwise you could end up with green-red light "dancing" indicating that battery fail, but it's not. It's just tight socket and that's good, it keeps charging stable without any issue
