These evening primrose oil tablets were inexpensive and easy to swallow. I have tried a few now and these are the best.I do believe they help abit with PMDD

VERY large capsules
I can’t say I’ve noticed a positive or negative effect since taking these supplements for the last few months, however I have regularly had difficulty swallowing the capsules due to their large size. I never have difficulty swallowing supplements but these are quite literally a potential chocking hazard. It would be preferable to be able to take two small capsules daily instead of these huge ones.
