Starting in September 2015, I caught a cold every month. Now, this wasn't just a little sniffle every month - it was a full on 'week in bed feeling terrible' type of cold. Even throughout the Spring and Summer months, it was inevitable I'd catch a cold and be knocked out for a week. Luckily, I'm a student so a week off wasn't entirely detrimental but it was wearing down on my life. It wasn't so much a matter of 'if' I was going to get ill, but when. This continued through 2016, and while I tried other supplements such as Zinc, none managed to do the trick. Echinacea helped with the symptoms of the cold, but it didn't stop it. After having over a year of this, I decided to buy these in January 2017 after reading the glowing reviews. Six months after and I've only had one cold back in February - I've been cold free for five months! The relief of not having to stockpile flu and cold tablets and tissues every month more than makes up for the price of buying these every month or so. I've dropped down to taking a tablet every day or so and it's still doing the trick. Obviously, I imagine I will catch a cold in the Winter months - I don't think these tablets can create absolute miracles - but to no longer be a germ infested being every month is more than a delight. It’s given my immune system the boost it needed!

So from January to April 2026, I had 3 really bad colds, sinusitis and 2 chest infections.. I was constantly run down. I’ve been taking these tablets for 3 weeks now and haven’t had a single sniffle. Touch wood it carries on keeping me healthy and well!

Can't recommend these enough. I have more energy and don't get ill as often (not had a single day off work since starting these almost 2 years ago). Worth every penny.

There is one thing I have come to learn in life, which is if a I enter a room with someone who has a cold, I am going to get it. Its so annoying as any plans can so easily go out the window by another cold. I have even on many occasions had a cold recovered to get another cold off someone else a couple of weeks later. Since I have developed a Hiatus Hernia, a cold is just a nightmare for me, causes endless vomiting and lots of pain. Someone at work suggested Echinacea, which I tried and was ok but expensive so only gave it a sample. Then I started to have a search round the web for other solutions and come across Immunace. Being a big bloke I thought I would dive in with the Extra version and based off the review already made on these, I purchased 6 months worth. I am now entering month 5. I have not had a full blown cold since I started them! which for me is just amazing. I have had to different periods where I had an un-easy throat and bit of a runny nose, but nothing I would even think about having to miss work for. As I write this I have a bad throat and runny nose, but again that is it and as for affects on my Hernia? not a thing! These will not stop the cold bug fully, but if they work as well for you as they have for me, then these are a MUST have and you will feel a lot more freedom and confidence in planning stuff! without the worry of a cold!
