How do I make the lights stay on and not blink/breath?

Hello,Breathing mode is initiated when you press FN+Up arrow when the key board is on full brightness. So if the keyboard is I'm breathing mode, pressing FN+Down arrow once will make it full brightness again.

I just bought this and the keypad numbers don't work, how do I fix this?

i think that they are laser etched

Are the key caps standard sized, for example if i wanted to switch out my wasd keys for a third party set of red translucent would this be possible?
