Better fit with Shure SE215
Packaging was easy to open and I have a better fit with these tips than the included tips with the Shure SE215.

These do not fit Tozo earbuds
I cannot get my Tozo T12 earbuds to fit in my ears snuggly, so I have a tinny sound that occasionally sounds good when I open my mouth wide and the movement of the mandibular condylar head allows for a good seal. Non of the enclosed tips are an improvement. So I bought these as an experiment but the tip of the Tozo earbuds will not fit into the very narrow opening of these earbud tips. My search continues….

Comfortable.
I bought these to replace the stock collection of ear-buds that came with the Shure 535 IEMs. These were causing me ears such great discomfort that I couldn't wear them for more than 30 minutes, regardless of the type ear-bud I used. I had even considered selling my 535s so I could go back to over-ear headphones, but then I stumbled onto these. They are fantastic. The comfort is so good I can't even feel them in my ears. Sound isolation is fair. I can listen to my music without being distracted by pain and ear-ache. :)Downsides are the price and 'life' of the buds. They last about a month.

Not large enough to give a good seal

Awesome noise isolation, wish I had discovered them sooner.
I was about to buy a new set of earphones as I was down to my last 2 ear pieces. I wanted more isolation. Somehow I came across these, read the reviews and gave them a go.I have tried them on the tube and on planes the isolation is brilliant. I use the large size isolation plus and find them as comfortable if not more so than the stock ear pieces that came with the ear phones. One small negative, they do attract dirt like a lint roller. So unlike me keep them in a case or expect to spend more cas on replacements. You do have to squidge them before placing them in your ear, but it takes a couple of seconds once u r use to it. Plus this is why they are so effective. If you are an isolation freak like myself these are a must!

Very comfortable, though performance is questionable.
I picked up the S/M/L three-pack to go with my Shure SE535-V earphones, hoping to squeeze a bit more bass out of them, and to get a better fit than the included foam tips. With the tips that came with my 535's, I found that I was somewhere in between Medium and Large, where Large gave the best seal, but medium was more comfortable. With the S/M/L pack, I immediately discovered that the large tips were much smaller than I had expected -- maybe just a touch bigger than the Medium tips I had before. Feeling as though the "perfect" sized tip for me would be between the M / L sizes that came with my 535's, I would have liked the TX-100 Large tips to have been just a tiny bit larger. I didn't need to bother with the smaller sizes.Despite that, the Comply tips are incredibly comfortable. Hands down, the most comfortable tips I've ever used. I can keep my 535's in for hours, without the slightest discomfort. For that reason alone, I'd recommend these to anyone. As for sound quality, I know there's been some debate as to whether or not the earwax guard changes the sound. I can't say that I noticed a substaantial difference in volume or clarity. By the same token, I also can't say that these sealed my ear canal any better than the Shure OEM tips. So, there wasn't a discernable difference in bass response, either. If I had it to do over again, I would still buy these -- though, I'd go with the three-pack of Large.

Much Better Than Stock Tips
I was very disappointed in all of the stock tips that came with my ER phones. My cheap $20 phones single pair of stock tips were better than any of the ER tips. Perhaps I have weird ears, or perhaps the ER tips really are that bad. EIther way, it doesn't matter now. These Comply foam tips are great. No noticeable loss of sound quality, quite the opposite in fact. These seal up so well that the sound is much better, and you don't have to go through gymnastics in order to put them in and get great sound. The price is high enough that you could wish for better durability, but after using foam ear protectors for a number of purposes over the years, the foam just doesn't last long. I wouldn't necessarily call it a negative, it's just what it is. Now for the real negative in my book: The multipack is the same price as the one-sized pack. The only reason I bought the multipack was to determine the correct size. I can't use the other two sizes in the package, so my first single pair of tips cost $20. As I said, I didn't consider the regular price for the one-size pack a negative, but $20 for what is effectively one set of tips is just outrageous. Sure, the price will average out to be lower over time, but this is a very high barrier to entry.
