Feels light, may not be 3.5 as claimed...
It works fine, which is good. But I'm skeptical of the 3.5 A/h claim. This thing is easily 40-50% lighter than its Ni-Cad predecessor. Yes I'm aware that NiMH is lighter and more efficient....but it just feels excessively light. That being said the drill feels as powerful and balance isn't affected due to the drills excellent ergonomics. Materials and construction look identical to originals. We will see how long it lasts.

Received product as ordered
I received the battery the next day! Charged it in the Mikita charger and the new battery works perfectly.

Overheating during charging
I used the original Makita charger, the load indicator showed green quickly, however the Powerpack was not charged, the second attempt give a quick overheating signal, from which the pack didn’t recover and kept uncharged and is not as bel to get charged. I tried my other battery pack (also not original Makita), that keeps working and is chargeable. Note; this is a Ni-Ca 1300mAh, the new one a Ni-MH

This Is very bad.
The battery dies after 2 charges. It will not fully charges and ran out of power within 2 minutes after charged.
