Silverline 250227 Carpenters Pencils and Sharpener Set 13pce 175 mm

The best carpenters pencil i have found to date the lead doesn,t break after sharpening , twelve pencils for your money represents excellent value too . The sharpener works okay but leaves a long sliver of wood on one side which is easily removed with a stanley knife , also yellow pencil easy to find in your tool bag , a prudent buy all round ..

Product looks fine but I’m a bit disappointed with the way they were packaged, just loose in a box, I expect some of the leads will be broken when my husband comes to use them as they were not protected in transit at all.

Never 'went to the expense of buying a proper pencil' before, but have found that these chunky fellas are so much better than getting one out of the kids pencil case.TBH I have only used one, and so I expect buying this lot will last me a lifetime ...and someone may well inherit them (If I don't lose them).I have dropped the pencil, and so far, have not found the lead has broken. This is brilliant, as you would hear colourful language when using the aforementioned kids pencils.The sharpener works well, but you can also use your stanley knife. All in all, great :)

Sometimes difficult to sharpen, but otherwise good value.

They are pencils so not a lot to say there.The sharpener blade corner broke about the 3rd time i used it so no longer forms a point so using a knife instead and works much better.

These are ideal for my needs , I'm not a carpenter i needed them for my tool cupboard , I have only used one & it a job there was no break in the lead even down the line if one or two have got some broken it would not bother me that much as for what i paid i could not moan even though you would have a right to .

Not a lot to say, they are pencils. However Like most DIYers I’ve used regular round pencils forever because I’ve never thought of getting carpenters pencils. Now I’m an instant convert, it might sound odd but I find these easier to use accurately somehow. The sharpener being included is very useful as there’s no putting of sharpening because using a knife is too much hassle. If nothing else it’s worth a few quid to find out whether you agree.

Tempera bene se pur il temperino è in plastica! Le matite sono di una mina che segna bene anche su superfici delicate, dato che non è ne troppo dura,ne troppo morbida!! Il legno che ricopre le mine è compatto e di buona qualità! Per averne una belle scorta con la comodità del temperino, questo è un prodotto assolutamente da valutare! Personalmente molto soddisfatto

I think this pencil sharpener is needed for those type of pencils. I sharpened 7 pencils, 6 were fine but one was all broken lead, impossible to use. Maybe it got drop too many time before delivery. At least for now all the other ones seems fine and solid when used on wood.

Effectivement il y a 12 crayons car c'est un set de 13 pièces comme indiqué. Parfait sur de la planche bois, mais pas mauvais non plus sur de l'agglo, tiens bien le choc (en même temps ce sont des crayons charpentier) le taille crayons est super, fini la coupe au couteau. Bon produit, plus cher qu'en GSB mais livré chez soit donc...

La mina es bastante frágil y la madera lo mismo pero van bastante bien
