Bosch cross line laser Quigo with universal clamp MM 2 (easy and precise alignment with flexible positioning of the tool thanks to the universal clamp)

Not sure what the green one is like but I bought the red version with a damaged box from Amazon Warehouse. Just a great little tool with well engineered, intelligent mounting adapter, should you need it. I've used in in pro photo studio for setting up industrial shots and it's really fast and accurate to get consistent results: wish I'd bought one sooner. Self leveling works well up to a point, which is fair enough at this price point. Beyond a few degrees it shuts down but you can either buy a more expensive unit with a more forgiving pendulum system or just get it close to level and you're up and running. Well done to the Bosch engineers for developing this little beauty.

Just what I needed, accurate self levelling, nice bright line, used it a fair bit now and I haven’t had any issues with it. It’s easy to use and set up. Good value for money Would definitely recommend

This a really useful cross hair laser level. I bought the Bosch because it was on offer and i like all of their other products that i have. The front window slides up and down to switch it on and off. The self levelling is good, if the unit is with a few degrees the laser floats and works, if it is not level enough the laser switches off. It is very sensitive to vibration, so a few moments to let it settle and its fine. The clamp supplied is very adjustable. It has an adjustable double ball arm, and the back plate has a screw lift/lower slide. The grip clamp is big enough (opens to 60mm) to clamp onto many things around the house, banister, shelves, curtain poles etc. I just clamp it to a 7 foot aluminium step ladder which is lent against another all, infinitely adjustable. Its perfect for home indoor use but not tried it seriously outside over 5m.

Will start off this review by saying that it works and will give you a level cross lasered onto the oposing wall so no problem there if that's all you need. My big issue with it is that it's overpriced for a pretty barebones tool. At the same time as buying this I also got a HYCHIKA laser level from amazon, cheeper than this and better in almost every way. With this Bosch the laser is dimmer, you can't lock the leveling function and have the beam on at the same time(making it useless for drawing a line on a ceiling or a straight line at an angle, something you might want to occasionally do) and the angle projected by the beam isn't very wide which is a little annoying and reduces it's versatility quite a bit if you're working in a small space. The bosch also isn't any better made than the cheep one I got either, seems about the same if not worse. One positive I will give to this is that the accessories it comes with are really nice, ideal for clamping the thing to pretty much anything and pointing it where you need it, would be even better if you could use it with the leveling function locked and the beam on too but sadly that's not possible, really is a shame as their adjustable clamp mount would be ideal for positioning the thing at any angle and projecting a line. Honestly if you get this you're just paying for the Bosch brand and not for a better product.

This is a really great tool when you want to accurately level items. I recently used it for tiling my bathroom - so much easier than using a spirit level. As I don't have a tripod, I usually clamp my laser level to the nearest door (which works well). The unit blinks the laser to tell you that the laser output is not level (i.e. you have exceeded the maximum gimbal angle). The only bad thing is trying to get the unit back in the cardboard box at the end of the day (it's really difficult to work out how to make the unit and the clamp fit into the box)

The Bosch Quigo laser works well once correctly positioned, but this is not always easy to do. It has to be close to the height at which you are marking the horizontal line. Although it includes quite a versatile mount, in practice there is seldom anywhere convenient on which to clamp it when marking high horizontal lines. I have had to resort to a combination of camera tripod and/or adjustable selfie-stick to locate it at the right height when e.g. marking positions for curtain poles. The fine height adjustment on the instrument is handy but has a very limited range. Marking verticals is much easier, since the vertical position of the laser is much less critical, so it's easier to adjust.

Very new to DIY and thought I would give a this laser level a go. This laser level made it very easy to align my Dyson V6 cordless vacuum. I simply marked roughly where I wanted the wall mount to go and the aimed the laser at it. Line up the top of the mount with the x-axis and then lined up the screw holes with the y-axis easy! The mount it comes with is very good. I thought i would find somewhere to mount it but it is very versatile and can grip on to a lot of areas. I hung mine of a shelf. You do have to be careful not to look in to the laser especially when mounting things eye height. Just to check that it was level, I used a normal spirit level and it was spot on. Over all very pleased with this purchase
