Perfect for towel rail
This was really easy to install and program. We have it on our towel rail to come on for 30 minutes in the morning. The backup battery is great so that if you lose power this will keep the time and your program. You can override it easily to turn it on longer or disable the time programme.

Worked for 14 months, then started buzzing and now finally stopped working, and out of guarantee. Otherwise it did the job and I liked it. I have another bought a couple of months earlier which is still working, which is why it gets 2 stars.
