Inch long, 1/2 inch wide. However, easy to swallow. **Q: Is this third party tested for heavy metals, if so by whom and can we see the result?** A: No idea. I'm just a user, not a technician. All I can tell you is, that I started seeing an arthritic deterioration in my finger knuckles many years ago. As an avid golfer I was alarmed that it would develop until I could no longer use a golf club. I was advised to start taking Mega EPA, which I did (one capsule daily) which has halted any further deterioration. Now, whether it was the regular intake, or the self belief (between the ears) that did the trick, who will ever know, but at 77 I'm still playing active competitive golf, walking the course 3 times a week and will continue to buy and use the product. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You need this Omega 3 in your life *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 July 2026* Taking this on a daily basis has significantly helped with menopausal symptoms such as memory loss, lowered focus and general cognitive functioning. The exceptionally high levels of EPA and DHA within each tablet are what you need to look for in omega 3 products and this one comes up trumps. It even has the addition of orange oil in the ingredients which can mask the flavour of the fish oil but the tablets are soft gel marine capsules anyway. So easy to swallow with a swig of water and taken with food. I have them where eat so never forget them then. No noticeable odour with these tablets and they are top value for money and the cheapest I’ve seen them anywhere - so good I’ve got an ongoing subscription for them to keep the price low and so I don’t run out. If you’re looking for a great omega 3 option I can definitely recommend this - but it’s always advisable to check with a health professional as some meds can be contraindicative.
