Inch long, 1/2 inch wide. However, easy to swallow. **Q: Is this third party tested for heavy metals, if so by whom and can we see the result?** A: No idea. I'm just a user, not a technician. All I can tell you is, that I started seeing an arthritic deterioration in my finger knuckles many years ago. As an avid golfer I was alarmed that it would develop until I could no longer use a golf club. I was advised to start taking Mega EPA, which I did (one capsule daily) which has halted any further deterioration. Finding EPA in the daily suggested recommended level was slightly harder but BioCare Mega EPA (Omega-3 Fish Oil) ticked all the boxes. The tablets are quite large, but I have found them easy to pierce and administer, the changes were not only quick but completely amazed me.
