No es tan facil poner y quitar resistencias. Los postes quedan algo flojos, por lo que se zafan al sacar las cintas, pero lo solucioné facilmente, simplemente "engrosando" el poste con una vuelta o dos de tape, con eso, queda bien fijo en su lugar. Trae un poster con gran cantidad de ejercicios y graficamente claro. Las cintas se pueden acortar o alargar. Me gustó la calidad.
