Don't really know is the honest answer. I only ever used it for modelling. Painting plastic models. I ended up selling it because I couldn't get to grips with the technique

Yes, it will operate at 20 psi. The Working Pressure is 15~30PSI. And it will stop at 60psi.

Is the whole kit very heavy?
