I was not sure after I read some negative feedback.I received it in perfect condition (well sealed packaging).It is as on picture: thick and sticky. I use it in combination with two oils for my face.You need to press and add deep circular movements but it penetrate my skin.What does it do?I several times used it on its own and it is good to repair or help the skin to repair the cells after some acne scars I have.I have found it good for little lines as well which appear when I am tired.It is not an easy product to use like a cream. It needs some manipulation. But I was ready for it as I wanted a pue raw Vitamin B5 and not one of these creams claiming containing only B5 vitamin while it is 90% water, 5% glycerin and 5% vitamin. For this reason => 5 stars for me.

Take a hot spoon and dissolve in hot water. Use as drench for hair loss either at night or before shampooing. I add diluted to shampoo and it’s great.

Good value for money. Lots in the pot.It's very sticky and hard to extract especially as it's a small pot and very full. A more user friendly container would be handy. Maybe a squeezy bottle or a taller more stable jar.

Cheaper than bepantol but doesn't come with instructions... Must know how to use after all it's a cosmetic ingredient.Great quality and lasts forever. Definitely worth it. The reviews here are wrong for sure. Ppl should research what they're buying before complaining.

I came back from holiday happy knowing that at home I have this purchase that apparantly is good from sun burns. It was very difficult to apply it properly as it did not melt in water as good as I thought and after applying it just left my skin sticky. It was very difficult to be with burned and then sticky skin! Im not happy with it. If it works for something else than great ,but in my house it will just go to the bin.

Recieved this today it was very concentrated i scooped a small amount to a egg cup added boiling water let it cool and added it to my shampoo i used pantene also added it to my conditioner dried my hair was well impressed with my hair it was silky smooth do not underestimate this product as pro vitamin B5 is really good to produce thick hair i also take the vitamins i will be buying again exellent product

I make my own face creams and use B5 for acne scars and it works really well. It's not super easy to work with, using a tube would help make it a lot easier to use. 100g goes a long way, really good value.

Don't underestimate this little pot ! I mixed this with a hair mask (loreal fibre force) and used as an intensive treatment with a towel wrapped for half and hour. I have dry naturally curly hair that has recently been bleached all over and coloured on top so it's been through a lot! It got so dry even after using the olaplex treatment - this little mask trick made my hair thick, shiny and manageable.Only drawback is that's it's a thick gloopy liquid might be better in a tube rather than pot - other than that fab product !!

I will start by saying that I have thick, curly, color-treated hair that frizzes up with most products I use. The thickness of this product was concerning at first, but after I added a small amount to my leave-in conditioner it mixed extremely well and applied wonderfully throughout my hair. After letting my hair dry naturally, as I normally do, there was absolutelly NO FRIZZ! This is a wonderful addition to my hair regimen. I definitely plan to order more well-in advance of when I need it. This is one of the products I will never be without again. You will not be disappointed if you decide to give it a try. In addition, after reading reviews, I expected that it would take quite sometime to receive as it was being shipped by Royal Mail. Much to my surprise I received it in less than 10 days. I could not be happier.

Habe dieses D-Panthenol bereits in diversen Cremes erfolgreich eingesetzt. Das genaue Abmessen einer definierten Menge st zwar nicht möglich, da es sich um ein zähes, klebriges Gel handelt. Aber das finde ich nicht weiter schlimm. Die Konsistenz ist natürlich und sagt mir, dass das bisherige flüssige D-Panthenol eines anderes Herstellers, das sich problemlos abmessen ließ, stark verdünnt gewesen sein muss. Ich bleibe künftig bei dieser zähen Paste hier und verwende es mengenmäßig pi-mal-Daumen. Es löst sich unter Rühren sehr gut in der lauwarmen Wasserphase für eine Creme.

Super Qualität - warum da die zähe Konsistenz bemängelt wird, verstehe ich leider nicht ... ist nun einmal eine Produkteigenschaft.
