My one tiny gripe is that smaller pieces of coal can fall through the bottom grate, good quality coal tends to be slightly larger than cheaper so that's more of fuel issue, but that issue doesn't rear it's head until after you go through the included coal, which is about enough for two bbq's. I've just started layering the bigger piece on the bottom to create a little bed for the smaller pieces and that's helped heaps. If you struggle to start a coal BBQ this gives 100% success rate and is so easy to use. With this you need the coals a bit of newspaper and some fire lighters and you will have the perfect coals within 20 minutes. The instructions are easy to follow and is a failsafe method.
