Easy install on 2013 XC60
2013 XC60. Instructions were clear however I recommend watching the video. Crossbars are clearly marked Driver Left and Front/Rear. It feels solid and secure. It came with eight rubber pieces not in the parts list with no clue of what they do. This will make Home Depot runs much simpler as I can now haul 4x8 plywood sheets w/o renting a HD pickup. (Update) The eight rubber pieces are optional to use with the clamps to avoid scratching the paint. I did not need them.

Good product for the price but QA on locks needed
This would have been a 5-star review if at least one of the four locks had worked properly. The top racks fit our 2011 Volvo XC60 perfectly. However, we encountered an issue where one of the locks wouldn't turn to the locked position during installation. We needed to modify the inner plastic to make the lock fit and enable key turning. Once we addressed this lock issue, the top racks became stable, allowing us to install the Yakima SUPDawg. We were then able to load a 10.5-foot SUP paddleboard and securely drive on the highway.

Installation is hideous
I bought the rack so that I could car top my 13ft laser sailboat. I haven’t don’t that yet though, will give an update when I do. So far I was tweaking and crashing out trying to install this. It’s either the outer grip not clenched in or the inner, or both. Or the rubber part sliding off. So right now fingers crossed that when I do cartop, my boat won’t fly off on the road

Works great for price.
Way cheaper than any of the Thule racks. Fit and finish is awful, but if anyone notices, get new friends. Carries a 32' ladder on the roof at highway speeds + with no problem*. *I modified the rack to have side rails to hold the ladder in place. Please don't try to carry a ladder with just this rack if you aren't an expert at securing thigs down. Unless you want to make a bunch of new friends in a hurry and end up on the news.
