Prime Prometics PrimeLash Mascara for Older Women – Volumizing, Incredible Length in 2 Coats – Long-Stay, Zero Clumps, Hypoallergenic (Black)

Ok, finally, I found a good mascara. I have used YSL shade 05 in plum until it was discontinued, and until recently was still able to get it on EBay. I have tried a ton of other plum mascaras, including L’Oreal telescopic and they all were either too dry, or I didn’t like the brush, or the coat didn’t give me the same effect I was used to with YSL. Thus one- omg yes, thank you. Gives me nice volume, length, color is still not quite close but good enough for me. When applying it glides smoothly, feeling very creamy and speeds well. I am one happy camper. Attaching a photo with one eye nothing in, the other with the mascara on. A couple of costs.

I had been trying for several months to decide if I should change to this mascara. My go to mascara was not working as it had for years. The problem was not the mascaras but changes in my eyelashes. I finally did it and I wish I had done it months ago! This works like my old mascara used to work. Two coats is perfect! Love it! So happy with it. My lashes finally look like they used to look! I can see them, they look longer & fuller than they have in several years! I am now over 65 & the last couple of years have been a struggle using my go to mascara & not getting the results I was used to getting. Frustration & unhappy trying to figure out what happened. Using my go to mascara my lashes looked shorter & stubby & awful.. I started looking at other mascaras & ordered quite a few at first with unhappy results. I kept looking & reading about other brands- but became skeptical that any would work the way they used to- this works! I highly recommend it!

Pros: easy to apply, great brush and give me nice results. Cons: I have found I do need to use a lash primer for best results. It comes off hard, even using my face cleanser with a soft cloth. All of that said, overall I really like it

I love the tube, the brush and the way it comes out on the brush. I ordered brown because of my hazel eyes and it looks so much better than black, a much softer look. But if you swipe more than two swipes, the mascara starts to bead up and clump. I have very thin short eyelashes and definitely need more than two coats. Also, it is harder to remove with my makeup remover than my waterproof mascara was. All in all, I’m happy that I bought it and tried it but I’m not sure that I’ll reorder at all.

I love this mascara. I noticed a difference the 1st time I used it. The brush is great, no clumping. The mascara made my lashes look longer and thicker. I like it so much that I put it on auto delivery.

As an older woman, this is the best mascara I have found. It is the only one that holds up through hot flashes and summer. LoL! And I have spent a fortune on mascaras trying to find one that can out last my non-stop hot flashes. And this is the only one that has passed the tests I have put it through! It has been my savior! (Mascara wise😂) It's a bit pricey but it lasts a good amount of time so it works out. And when you think it's done, just put it in a cup of hot water for a couple minutes and boom! You're good to go a few more rounds. Definitely worth the cost all the way around. Removes easily with baby oil and Kleenex or regular makeup remover (with extra wiping). Makes your lashes longer and beautiful. I will never use anything else! ❤️

I have found this mascara to be the best on the market. I curl my eyelashes and then apply this mascara. It's beautiful, applies easily & stays beautiful for as many days that I don't wash it off. Even my eye lashes stay curled the whole time which is great. It's great!

I ordered the Prime Prometics PrimeLash Mascara for Older Women. I became interested in this brand when I saw it advertised on different platforms. The brand I had been using for years had discontinued so I began my search for a new brand. I had tried several brands, some not so expensive and a few that were more expensive. Each brand basically stated the same thing – for older women, a lot of volume, no clumping, etc. However, none of them worked well for me. After trying several brands, I opted to purchase this, and experience told me to spend a little more money because I always ended up regretting buying cheaper. In my opinion, Prime Prometics mascara has been the best brand for the price. When I used it the first time, I was surprised to discover it had enough product to cover my lashes with the first coat. However, a second coat is needed for the full effect. You will need to apply the second coat quickly because the mascara, like many others, dries quickly, and if you don’t do it quickly you will experience some clumping, so the claim of “zero clumping” was not what I experienced. But I personally have not found a mascara that doesn’t clump somewhat. With that said, I needed to use my metal toothed eyelash brush to help separate my lashes. Everyone applies mascara differently but, I did discover that in order to have less clumps I needed to apply a layer to the upper lashes of one eye, and then immediately apply another layer. And did the same thing with the lower lashes. So, one eye at a time. Because the wand comes out with a higher volume of mascara, I was able to obtain longer lashes and so far, it has stayed on longer and I haven’t experienced any smudging or smearing. However, I don’t rub my eyes throughout the day. So, keep this in mind. As far as the claim it is “hypoallergenic”, I can only say that I have had problems with other mascara in the past making my eyes itch and get irritated. I have not experienced this with the Prime Prometics brand. The mascara is water resistant, and I used a product specifically made to remove this type of mascara. Overall, I’m really happy with Prime Prometics PrimeLash. It goes on easily, with only little clumping, my lashes looked longer and thicker and I didn’t have any problems with irritation. Unfortunately, due to the “zero clumps” claim I think it’s only fair to give it 4 stars.
