Great movies for watching those horrible days when it’s raining

5 80's and 90's action movies starring Sylvester Stallone a selection of dumb but fun old school action movies starting with Cobra seeing Stallone as a cop taking on a serial killer. Probably the best of the bunch a very enjoyable over the top 80's action movie. Next up Tango And Cash seeing Sylvester Stallone and Kurt Russell as cops who hate each other forced to team up when they are framed for murder and sent to prison with Stallone and Russell a fun double act in a daft but enjoyable action comedy. Demolition Man sees Stallone as a cop frozen for a crime he didn't commit and reawakened in the future to take on a ruthless killer that the cops in the future can't handle in a fun scifi action film also starring Sandra Bullock and Wesley Snipes giving a fun over the top performance as the bad guy. The Specialist sees Stallone as a guy who goes after criminals the law can't touch hired by a woman who wants revenge for the death of her parents a fun action thriller with good performances from Stallone, Sharon Stone, James Woods, Eric Roberts and Roy Steiger. The final film Assassins sees Stallone as the world's best assassin hunted by a rival younger assassin. Another daft completely ridiculous but very enjoyable action thriller with good action and good performances from Stallone, Antonio Banderas and Julianne Moore completing a very enjoyable action packed boxset of old school action films for fans.

It’s fine if you just want the moves. No extras. Movies look great

A great selection of Stallone movies from his prime, admittedly they are movie's of there time but I'm a 54 year old man and I remember these when they came out.I bought this collection for Tango and Cash but the rest of the movie's are well worth a watch and the Blu-ray transfer is excellent and well worth the money.

Grew up in the 80s / 90s watching all the Stallone movies. This collection was perfect for a fan boy like me. Discs were of perfect quality.

Only wanted demolition man but on its own was more expensive so got a box set cheaper gained 4 more films excellent

Want action than this is it, Cobra a classic with some of the other older ones that helped him into becoming a legend of to-day. All of these movies I rated as A grade plus for the thrills and spills with all that excitement that goes with it. Assassins, Tango and Cash, Specialist and last of all Demolition Man. Fabulous choice of shows that wont let you rest for to long, These movies made Stallone a star of to-day with other great supporting cast included that makes these classics worth having in your collection. Stallone and the cast in all of these shows make them stand out more than the others from that time. Some of the other fabulous actors in this collection are Kurt Russell, Sharon Stone, Wesley Snipes, Sandra Bullock, and Antonio Banderas with others thrown in for good measure. Now how can you beat that, all made their names back then. I highly recommend this collection to all as it will keep you on your toes throughout the entire package of five movies, no time for relaxation as your mind will be going full throttle all the way along, this marvellous night of dynamite explosions, guns blaring and a few extras items thrown in as well, now try to relax and with feet up, plus your popcorn don't forget that. As you will not leave your chair for a second once the entertainment begins from the beginning to end. Enjoy!
