Mine came in a cardboard envelope no problem with Amazon they always seem to have secure packaging .

Once opened,how long do they stay usable?

Hi the packet has a resealable strip at the top so it keeps them nice and fresh. They retain there smell nicely. I've had them three months they are still fine. I would say at least six months maybe longer as long as the stay moist and fresh in the sealed bag. If you kitty refuses rub a little water on the outside to get the smell going again.

Need feline pillpockets. very important for customers pls show expiration date. i.e.best before 19 nov 22. otherwise they come dry & useless
