Got for my mum who has osteoporosis so needs heat to alleviate the pain. It works very well but can get very hot if microwaved for even 2 minutes. Around 1 minute is enough for my mother because she feels it burns her (which to me it isnt even hot enough!), Update:- after not being used for a few months there was an infestation of weevils in the flat and after looking everywhere was found to emanate from the wheat!! Be aware!!

Ideal for anyone suffering back ache/pain,comfortable to wear easy to re-heat a minute in the microwave does the job,so much better than my usual heated pad stuffed down the back of my trousers.Delivery and packaging faultless.Would highly reccomend this product.

Mine arrived today and I love it! I'm suffering from backache in the last weeks of pregnancy and this is brilliant for pain relief. It's easy to adjust to the size of your torso; it fits my heavily pregnant middle with some room to spare. I guess if you needed it even bigger you could just add an extra piece of material.It stays put sitting down, walking around or worn to bed. I'm really pleased I bought one with fastenings instead of just a long wheat bag. The dividers mean the wheat doesn't all move to one place when you lie on your side.

I must admit this wheat belt is one of the best things I have ever bought for my back pain it soothes and warmes at the same time and is so easy and convenient to use

Fabulous service but unfortunately didn't work properly in accordance to the description didn't stay warm at all was better with a hot water bottle

I've only used it couple of times since I recieved it. It did help ease the muscle in my lower back. Better than using hit water bottle. It arrived on time and decent price as well. Nice lavender smell from it as well.

Very, very pleased with this product. I can stop using my TENS machine for a while and if I fasten it a bit tighter than normal it makes me sit straighter and that's a bonus for back pain sufferers!

Works really well for back ache as you can keep it in place and walk around with it. Nice smell too.
