Definitely helps alot with support for lumbar. Very comfortable to wear. So far so good. I use it mostly for walking and has increased me to double the distance I walk.

Prompt delivery, quality appears good. Sizing a bit iffy, I ordered XL as per a similar support I have but had to return, as too small to be comfortable fit,and order next size up. Would advise ignoring Sml, Med, Lge, X Lge etc to gauge size and use a tape measure as appears to be more Asian than standard European sizing.

Great for the price, it helped to support my back and surprisingly it did release gentle heating. It stretches and supports well.. doesn’t have any poking bits and pieces which I really liked. Please order the correct size or you’ll be disappointed.

BRILLIANT!I don't often write reviews as neck spinal injury makes typing difficult but the instant I put this brace on my back pain ceased and my hunched bent kneed posture returned to that which I pissed before my accident 18 years ago. Somehow my shoulders were back and square, my abdominal muscles functioning ( haven't felt them except when I laugh or cough for years. I feel afoot taller and myself again woohoo!!!
