I’ve been using these for like a month now and I’ve seen some good results. I play sports and I’ve seen better energy and better performance when playing. They smell a lil off n taste a lil funny but they’re good. I recommend

I can't attest to the vitamin part of these, as far as if we've noticed a difference in energy levels or health. I can't get my 14 year old to take tablet multivitamins. He can, he does way better taking pills than I do. So I got these to see if he'd actually take them. Well. I kinda wish they didn't taste QUITE so good because 30 day supply should've lasted longer than 25. My son had no explanation or excuses as to why this happened. 🤣 I counted the next bottle we just received, and there was 29.5 days worth, so I wrote it on the bottom of the bottle and reminded my son that even if vitamins taste good... he should not take more than the recommended dose. Cause 20 gummies went "missing." 🤣

For our nut allergic teen, it's often hard to find a gummy vitamin that doesn't have a tree nut warning. I love that this is organic, built specifically for teen males, and is free from allergens. Our 16 year old, who was brought up on gummy vitamins and prefers them over the swallow-able horse pill vitamins (who doesn't) liked the taste of these and liked that they were built for him, and I like to support companies that focus on food safety and a comittment to less additives and colors etc. The issue I have with these you have to take like 4 of these per dose, and the bottle is kinda small, so they weren't cheap and we ripped through the bottle very quickly.

I have always loved this brand! Started giving the multi to my son when he was able to chew! Love that this brand has expanded to the needs of teenagers & adults! The only thing I would like to see is the price be the same for teen boys as teen girls. Not sure why the boys is more. The ingredients are almost the same just a little higher dose in Vit A & C for the boys but less in Vit K. (At the time of my purchase there was a price differnce with the teen boy being more - hopfully that will change in the future) My son also takes the Prebiotics & Probiotics by Smarty Pants. The flavors are fruity & my son had not said they taste "vitaminy" at all.

These vitamins are a great way to ensure that your male teen is getting the nutrients needed in each day. It would be almost impossible to get everything you need in a day without a good multi. He loves the taste and I love knowing that his fast growing body has what it needs during a time of such growth spurts. I buy them on subscription so that he doesn't run out and I don't have to order them continually. They are a little pricey in my opinion but Smarty Pants has a quality standard of vitamins so they are worth it.
