Golds Gym Push Up Bars

I bought these push up bars on the assumption they were of the same quality as their weightlifting gloves, how wrong I was. Though the bars are sturdy enough, they were cast wrongly which mean they are wonky and do not lie flat on the floor. Not only that, when placed side by side the handles are not symmetrical due to the casting imperfections. I'm sure not all the castings can be of such poor quality, but after using push up bars for the best part of twenty years, not only are these bars disappointing, but could pose a possible danger to the beginner... I have just attempted to return these bars for a refund, but the sellers won't allow it. I'm expected to request replacements for each individual faulty part instead. I'll never buy another thing from this seller again.

Nice and strong, but quite light. I have found using them has become a regular part of my work out. The little screws can occasionally become loose, but it is a plastic coated wing nut which takes less than a second to tighten and so is no bother at all. I'd recommend them to my friends. I use them on a wooden floor, and they don't slip at all.

A great sturdy pair of push up bars. Someone said they got a different pair to those pictured, but mine are exactly as pictured. Very easy to put together and feel very comfortable and solid. They are also very stable and don't slip (I am using them on carpet).I haven't used them long enough to tell if the screws come undone or loose, but that wouldn't bother me anyway, easy to tighten up and it doesn't pose a danger given how it all slots together.Some people might complain about the foam grips and I imagine they will flatten out a bit after a while, but you could easily get some cheap bicycle grips and put those on instead.

I bought these parallettes for my children who do gymnastics and need them for training (press to handstands, etc.). They were more expensive than some of the others but definitely worth it. Because they are metal they are slightly heavier than the plastic ones, which is good, as together with the floor grips they don't budge on any surface. They are also slightly taller than other ones I've seen which is suitable for taller children and adults (yes I've tried them out myself). As a coach I would definitely not hesitate to recommend these.

The pushup bars come in a nice box with four screws to attach the legs of the bars. They are easy to setup and look good quality.The bars are stable when in use and do not need constant tightening like some other bars. These are twice the price of my last bars. Gernally I think they are very good and have a long range of movement. The grips feel nice but I find that once your body weight is on the bars the hand hold grip foams are not quite thick enough for comfort. I would prefer thicker foam on mine, hence the 4 stars/5.

The delivery was fine, product reached within four days of ordering. The bars looks beautiful, I would say even better then how they look on pictures, logo is there, easy to hold however their hight is bit more then what I expected specially for the person like me who is new and starting to get used to of push ups. I would highly recommend to go with less hight, it is far too difficult to raise my chest up when I go down. For the person who is already good in push ups for him/her it is best equipment.

This works well and really helped me build up the amount of pushups I was doing - I always found doing them off the floor put too much pressure on my wrists but this stopped that. You can also go up and down a greater height meaning you do make each push up longer as you're able to go just below horizontal as you're starting from a bigger height.
