Yes I've made it hot but it tastes better chilled

Does it go well with sparkling water?

In principle, this should not be an issue. In practice, the powder is crystalline so needs to be shaken, or stirred, to dissolve it. This shaking/stirring will likely decarbonise sparkling water. Though you might try dissolving it into a smaller quantity of still water (to make an activated paste), then dilute the paste with chilled sparkling water when the time comes.

How many litres does this make?

I think I use to get about 20ltrs but you can make the drink as strong, or as weak as you like. 20-quarts = 40-pints. This is a deliceous summer drink.

I bought one of these canisters of this in June. I am just wondering how long should you keep this for before it cannot be consumed any longer ?
