This ointment really is amazing and a must for a cat owners first aid kit. I have 2 hairless sphynx cats who unfortunately get irritated skin every now and again. I have tried multiple ointments, creams and treatments but nothing has ever really worked. This ointment is easy to apply and a little goes a long way. It is smooth and easily absorbed into the skin. It has no noticeable smell and is clear in colour. Within 5 (or less) minutes of applying this to an irritated rash on my sphynx cats back, the rash had completely disappeared. My cat had no issue with me applying the ointment and it seemed to provide immediate relief and soothing. A very happy cat owner! And now we never use anything else. I was initially dubious of the high price point, compared to other products on the market but this ointment really is worth its weight in gold and is an amazing treatment for a whole variety of skin ailments. I recommend to all of my cat owning friends!

This is a little pricier than anti-itch products but a thousand times better. Got it for my cat with FAD, which has been made worse by the anxiety caused by my neighbours bully tomcat. It seems to soothe and is gentle enough for open wound application. Cutie still doesn’t like the application, but I think it’s because she doesn’t like feeling wet, and it’s moisturising. Had to get a recovery suit (which she also hates, she’s a sensitive girl) but found only 1 application a day (applied generously, while wearing the suit for an hour (so she can’t lick it off) appears to help skin recover so fast I only needed to do it for a couple of days, and now I’m confident her previously very inflamed (and a little smelly) patch will heal on its own. It made her skin look like it had totally healed after the first hour long application - no redness, dryness, or sign of infection. Anti itch wipes that taste bad made her gag and gave her allergic contact dermatitis! And though this doesn’t taste bad you can play with your fur baby while it soaks in for a few minutes, and it is safe for them to ingest. I love this stuff.

I bought this to help clear up my cat's millary dermatitis, which is caused by a fleabite allergy. My cat is a little wimp and gets majorly stressed when visiting the vets (understandable really since there's usually about 9 dogs in there...) so I wanted to try and treat him at home. I bought this ointment to treat the wounds on his skin, mostly at his tail end where he gets particularly scabby! I gave the cat a bath (always a treat for both me and him...) and then treated the wounds which seemed to annoy him the most, and it did seem like he had stopped scratching as much as he usually does, so the ointment appears to work, and also sets my mind at ease over the possibility of him getting infected (it is anti-bacterial & anti-fungal as well as anti-itch). The bottle is a decent size and you don't seem to use much, so it is good value. My only slight issue is that there is nothing on the bottle in regards to a cat ingesting this product; obviously cats wash with their tongues so there is a good chance it will be swallowed. That being said he's been fine since I have used it, I just think this is somewhat of an oversight by the company who manufacture it!

Around April when the grass gets rich my cat starts to scratch she comes out in a rash, it's not fleas and I do think it could be ant, or even the grass, as i had a cat with hay-fever, and a guinea pig with an ant allergy..I do get them lol. I bought this last April, and I've bought some this April, and it works wonders! Not a problem applying it, infact she comes to me when I pick up the bottle, great product, start to see improvement in a couple of days. And you only get what you pay for, and this is worth it's weight in gold.

I used this as it was recommended for my cat who was sore with flea allergy. It didn’t work on her but I’m sure it works on less inflamed skin. She’s fine now but I did have to go through a couple of different products. Personally for the money I would have liked a bit more product than what is in the container. It did feel nice to touch even if my cat hated it, it just ran out too quickly for me.

Very impressed with this product. My cat has seasonal allergies- starts as bumps on face, then becomes sores. Tried lots of medications that have not helped or aggravated the cat. The gel made sores look less angry after 1st day, and it must feel soothing for cat as he purrs during application :)

We've had issues with our cats constantly itching and rubbing themselves raw,we use this to soothe the spots and it works wonders, highly recommend it

Bought this as 2 of my cats are outdoors bound and tend to get into fights or damage their skin in a numerous ways. The powder is really easy to apply and you can be enormous with how much you use. Even if you rub it in or bit, it sticks to the target area and does its job. I noticed it work in days to help relieve my cat from an injury/issue on its ear. Very effective with great value for money as it lasts a long time once opened.

It cleared up my cats eczema really well.
