Easy to control and use for kids
I am glad to have this, because I always can not contact my big kids when I need. The always can not remember with phone. It can show many useful functions, camera, chat, GPS, video call, remote control, face unlocking, alarm, tracking, sound guardian,play sound, sos and so on. You can know where they are, who’s contact, the most important is he CAN NOT play games or YouTube, lol.

Missing important component
How may I request the SIM TRAY/COVER as it was missing from the product on arrival. This item really is useless without the sim tray cover

Stopped working after 2 days
Cheap product. Stopped working properly after 2 days. Calls cannot be picked up because touch screen and buttons do not react. My son cannot pick up incoming calls when we try to call him.Requested a refund. Purchased the warranty.

Set up
Can’t not connect wifi. I bought 2 watches one is working other one wasn’t. They said Device is not connected to any wifi. I turned on wifi on watch but it didn’t connect.

Cool smart phone watch without the high price
This thing actually works pretty dang good! I used a sim card from the extra line on my TMobile account. Took a few minutes for it to start working, but seems to receive calls and texts without issue. The audio is surprisingly clear as well. Touch screen works well, but definitely easier to navigate with small hands and fingers. The size of it looks extremely large on my 8yr old, but he's a lil guy. There's lots of things you can change on the watch, such as the time display style, and a couple of different android layout configurations. You can also download most apps available for smart devices. We're still figuring things out, like how to save contacts for instance. We can't seem to figure it out. The manual is almost impossible to use, as it's tiny. There's barcodes that they have you scan with your phone to run apps, but they seem a bit suspect, and aren't necessary for the watch to function. I didn't use the apps that they suggest you scan and run. Otherwise, it seems to work, feels well made, and it's a great budget friendly choice for keeping track of your kids.

Who ever sell this don’t need to sell it again it won’t work they took forever to respond back months later

I love this watch
The watch is think and strong. The picture is perfect and I love how easy it is to use. I purchased a Smart Talk SIM card and within a min of activating it my watch was ready to use. This is going to be a great Christmas gift. quality is pretty good. The mobile app could be a little more user friendly.
