I have found the Pilot cartridges excellent quality. I would check on the pilot kakuno listing as some of the more recent Pilot fountain pens use a universal cartridge fitting. Best wishes and enjoy your Pilot - they are excellent pens (I own two). **Q: Does this fit pilot v5/v7 pens? based on the picture it looks just like those cartridges...** A: I have installed a Pilot converter in mine so I am not using cartridges. However, I have used the Pilot cartridges initially in another Pilot Metropolitan pen and they worked without problem. **Q: does it has a larger size then IC-50 ink cartridge?** A: If I understand correctly you want a larger size cartridge than this for a Pilot Fountain Pen? If so I do not know of one. This is the only size they do. Different colours but one size. If you think about it if they were bigger they would not fit in most of the Pilot pens. They do do a Pilot converter 70 - CON70 . That is the biggest converter they do. It only fits some of the larger Pilot pens.
