Is it 100& goat milk?

In the list of ingredients it says 22% leche de cabra (Goats Milk). No other percentages of milk mentioned but there are other ingredients, cajeta 27% (also supposed to be made with goats milk) Have had these many times and they are pretty good. I have to say no to your question, though I am not sure where you would find them made with 100% goats milk.
