Bought for my sister
My sister loves these, she struggles with paint brushes ( she overloads them ) but she found these so much easier to use, and didnβt end up with more paint in her hands than the windowsill π€

Surprisingly Effective
I had not until this point used foam 'brushes' but having seen a few used on Youtube figured I'd give them a go as a cheap alternative to a paint brush. And they are surprisingly good. Not, I think, as good as a decent bristle brush and for finish paintwork I'd probably go back to a proper brush but for hardwax oils, varnish and lacquers these are great. They will do a good job with paint as well but a decent brush is in the end better if you know how to use it properly. There are a couple of winning things about these of course. Cheap and for the most part disposable. I make that judgement on how much I'll spend on cleaning products vs replacement. They do wash out very well though - same for solvents. The design with a sharp edge means cutting in with paint is less likely to end up with over-paint.Overall a useful decorating tool in addition to your normal bristle brushes.

AMAZING!
Well where do i start? In all honesty, these are by far the most quality sponge covered sticks I have ever purchased. I was yet to match the sheer joy and pride I felt deep inside on the day of my first borns birth....until now. These sponges literally made my heart skip a beat. The wooden stick, not the finest quality wood but certainly a contender among the modern stick. So beautifully cut and not too long or too short, just right. The sponges! Let me tell you, So many different widths, it truly does bring a tear to the eye. A mysterious dark shade of black with a texture unlike any sponge I have seen or had the joy of owning in my life. So very porous! The way they caressed the many liquids they encountered! paint, glue, modge podge! My wife could only look on in astonishment. Let me also add that she was smitten from the word go! She used the brush to apply some liquid foundation and has never looked back. So today! Let my wife and I thank you as we sit here joyful! as small salty beads of pure happiness roll down our cheeks. We love our "foam brush painting sponge tool"

Ok product
Itβs a bit difficult to spread the paint on canvas with it but at the end of the day it does the job

Good for many purposes
These have worked brilliantly for a wide variety of different purposes: waterproofing tent, staining or painting wood. They wonβt last forever, but they do the job.

Spongy averageness
Out of the packet, these painting sponges are really nice to use... however, a few of the heads have dropped off the plastic inserts and a couple of others look very tired after a few use/wash cycles. I only used them for water based painting. If you want a foam brush for a light job then these are very good - however, if you want them to last for a number of jobs then they'll struggle.
