Tastes great without leaving you with the jitters. Easy to use, just mix a scoop with some water. Sure the dose isn't as high as some other brands, but it has enough of the good stuff such that it keeps you focus, motivated, and at top performance during your workout. Besides, you don't want to develop a tolerance to the high dosage stuff. I take it once or twice a week, usually after work, so that I don't end up dependent on this stuff.Doesn't smell or taste too bad either. Good value for money compared to a cup of coffee.

I've only used this once so far, but I wanted to write an initial review.The product itself is packaged well. It's in a plastic tub with moisture absorbers inside to stop the powder clumping, and the tub seals well so you don't need to worry about spilling any.The powder itself (apple) mixes quite well, and tastes great. ON has a reputation for good tasting products and it seems this is no exception. I took it around 15 minutes before starting my workout, and the effects were definitely apparent. I don't drink coffee so I'd imagine it's going to have a more prominent effect on those that don't, but I definitely had more energy and more focus during my session.I found I was able to keep pushing myself, and I didn't start flagging like I normally do. I was more focused on what I was doing instead of getting distracted, and was able to set a few PB's as well so I'd definitely say it was worth the money.I didn't feel particularly hot or tingly, although I did get a slight lightheaded feeling but it was nothing uncomfortable or concerning.All in all, i'd recommend this to anybody looking to add an extra kick to their workout, and it definitely works as advertised (for me, anyway).

Purchased this to give myself a little boost during my morning workouts. The brand is well known for its quality and the product itself is definitely that.The supplements performance is fantastic and I could tell it was hitting my system when I needed it to. It heightened my workouts and I was able to focus more, pushing myself a little further due to the product.The smell and taste is really nice, but it’s a little to sour for me with the after taste. Ingredients and what it has is spot on though for an early morning workout.Great value for money with the servings you get out of it.

This is a great pre workout. I take it in a glass of water before my workouts and my energy is constant throughout. It tastes nice and doesn’t give me the heart flutter other similar products have

I didn't see much improvement in my rollerblading stamina after drinking this product. I recon you might same money and dringlk a cup of coffee at home before your workout to stay more allert. There were also 2 bags inside the box which I hope were not there to increase the mass (can't verify that). Won't be buying it again.

So I've tried a few flavours of gold standards pre workout and this is certainly in my top, parallel to having the blueberry flavour. Tastes like apple, not too sweet and doesn't leave an aftertaste. As for the energy, its certainly made a difference with my performance in the gym. I find that I can run for longer without feeling fatigued and helps to burn more calories so I can achieve my results faster. Exactly as intended.Certainly value for money if you grab this amongst others on sale, a no brainer for me.

Bought the apple flavour. The taste takes a bit of getting used to, its rather sweet but still tasty. Definitely gives you a boost in the gym, increases energy and gives you bigger pumps. Have used similar products in the past, this is the first time trying ON's pre-workout - would recommend. Love it!
