Does it have less acidic like cold brew?

No acidic aftertaste or heartburn. I actually increased the suggested serving to 3 teaspoons to 12 oz. or 1/2 cup of water for a quick picker upper and it's still smooth tasting but now with a hint of regular coffee taste and still no heartburn.

Is the ingredients just coffee and water? or are other "natural flavors" added?

Javy coffee is made of 100% natural arabica beans, pure water and caffeine. (Except for the decaf of course which has NO caffeine) The flavors have all of the above and are made with natural flavors.

Is this just for iced coffee or will it work with hot water.

How easy on the stomach is this stuff and how smooth tasting?

I have a very sensitive stomach and gut. Due to an inherited condition and the inability to take the protocol steroid to mask over the issue, I have to live on a liquid diet 95% of the time. That said, this DOES NOT upset my system whatsoever. I make a javy 32oz smoothie at the start of every day, using 2 tsp of concentrate in each smoothie. ♥️♥️♥️
