Sturdy and built well. I used this in the last few weeks of my pregnancy just sitting and moving gently from side to side for about 30 minutes a day while eating my dinner, instead of sitting on a dining chair. I believe that it helped prepare my body and I think at that stage all the help you can get,the better!It is very well priced. The only slight change I would make isn't the pump as it takes a while to blow up but once it's up it stays inflated and I haven't experienced any loss of air.

I ordered the 65cm which is brilliant for what I want it for.It’s thick and durable and I found it very comfortable to sit on.Brilliant quality and easy to inflate.Great instructions and excellent choice of colours.I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone.5 stars .Thanks

Really pleased with this ball. Ordered it to help in third trimester of pregnancy - it arrived promptly and is made of really strong, thick material. Very easy to inflate and comfortable for me as I am petite. Anyone taller than 5'4 would need the larger size but this fits smaller frames perfectly.

Bought the ball for my pregnant wife. So far we have had no issues and I have started using the ball as well during exercise. Seen a lot of comments about the pump being poor, maybe it has changed but I had no issues with the pump to blow up the ball. Only thing I would say is that the sealing around the pump when inserted into the ball could be improved as the pump has to be held firmly in the hole when pumping up. To be honest though for the price you can't knock it on this small point

I brought this for my pregnant wife. After reading many reviews and looking at many different 65cm yoga/birthing balls I opted for this one.Many reviews on some of the balls I looked at complained about the hand pumps.This one works fine and seems to be well made (although we used and electric pump for quickness).The ball seems to be of good quality and a decent thickness. Works well for the old figure of 8's. The kids love it too.My 4 year old bounces on it like a trampoline....Would recommend

I am 5’4 so bought the 65cm ball as instructed and my feet don’t sit firmly on the floor. I wish I had bought the smaller ball. Otherwise, it seems like a good ball.

I have problems with my back, so am not great at sitting on a chair, especially an office chair whilst working from home. The chair is ergonomic but it still aggravates my back. I've been advised to use a yoga ball to sit on and so far I have found it has enabled me to sit at the desk and get some work done! Easy to inflate and comfier than my office chair

I had an exercise ball for years, but it developed a slow leak somewhere I couldn't find and had to go out. This Proworks replacement is made of nicer feeling material, more spongy and comfortable. It took a while to inflate, but they all do, and the pump is better quality than the one I had before. It is comfortable to work with/on and I like the colour too. Happy with my purchase.

Arriva dentro una piccola scatola con la sua pompetta di gonfiaggio in dotazione. Io, non avendo altre possibilità in casa per gonfiarla ho usato quella, ci vuole qualche minuto in più ma non è un'operazione impossibile! I segni delle pieghe,che altri lamentano, son svaniti dopo pochi giorni.Amazon come sempre super efficiente me l'ha consegnata un giorno prima rispetto alla data di arrivo prevista.
