Smells a bit of rubber, but that soon goes so not an issue. My son loves it & keeps putting it on & trying to scare everyone when he has his hood on. Comes in a clear bag & the nose/beak is flat, so is just a case of packing out the nose with a bit of wadding, paper or whatever you have to hand. My son is 10 & 5' Slight issue with the eye glass(plastoc) popping out, but simply popped it back in as it was so cheap & not worth returning.
