One Strap Sleep Mask

I'm very pleased with this sleep eye mask. It is so comfortable, smooth & soft being silk. Good light blockage and has improved the quality of my sleep. Also it is thin and not thick & bulky like some so keeps you cool.

This mask definitely helped me not panic recently during a 90 minute mri scan. Both the radiographer and nurse double checked it for compatibility with mri with a strong magnet and it passed with flying colours so was safe to use. A must have if you are claustrophobic. It was very comfortable and blocked out everything

I really like this mask. It's light and comfortable on my face. The silk feels amazing and keeps the perfect temperature without being too warm or cool. It does a great job of blocking light (see caveat coming up). When I was deciding on which to go for, I chose this over the 2 strap. I forget why. I should have gone with the 2 strap. This isn't necessarily a fault fo the product so I'm not blaming it. Just putting it here to help anyone reading these. While the strap on this is really soft and comfortable it's not ideal for me. Perhaps it's my anatomy but I can't wear it above my ears because it then pulls the mask up and feels a little uncomfortable on the tops of my ears. Over the ears is much better but still not a huge fan of pressing on my ears. It's not a huge deal and something I'll get used to. The 2 strap would have solved the problem. Now the caveat. And it's likely that this is also more about my anatomy than the mask. I don't have a huge nose but it's not small either. So the bottom of the mask does tend to lift slightly. Not at all an issue at night but potentially an issue for things like daytime naps. I don't really use a mask for napping so it's not a huge issue for me personally. But since I did notice it I thought it worth noting here. Overall this is a great sleep mask and any issues I have are more niggles than actual complaints or huge problems. I know that catering to every use case or anatomy in a product like this is impossible.

Very soft, comfortable and contours sit nicely against your face without pressure. Very easy to clean and incredibly durable. Adjustable head band is also very comfortable. So much is expected from an eye mask but for me, the simplicity of softness against my eyes while blocking out light is all I personally look for and Alaska Bear does exactly that! Have used these eyes masks for years, so I would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic, I am very sensitive to brightness, sunshine I get severe headaches and migraines. So I thought I'd give this a try, see how I get on. The day it arrived I had been suffering from an ongoing headache for 3 days, unable to settle and sleep because even lying on my pillow made my head hurt more. I got comfy, eventually. I popped this sleep mask on, which you can adjust the band so make make it comfy. I like you can adjust it because I like a little tightness for, a little pressure over my eyes... Don't ask why cos I don't know. Its large enough it covers completely, blocks every but of light, nice and soft. Slept a few hours and headache had eased a little so I lay with it on for a while and my headache went away. I needed something to block the brightness and I now have it. Deffo recommended.

I purchased the original Alaska Bear sleep mask because it was advertised as ideal for side sleepers. The quality is excellent and the fabric is nice and soft. However, when I sleep on my side, I notice that light seeps in just below where the mask rests near my nose, which is a bit disappointing. If you're a side sleeper seeking a true blackout experience, this mask may not fully meet your expectations.

I bought this a year ago and it has been fantastic: really comfortable to wear and blocks out all light. I have just purchased another as I lost the original and just couldn't sleep without it. Of course, as soon as I unwrapped the new one I found the original down the back of the bed, but at least I have a spare in case I ever lose it again.

I was skeptical when I read the teaching reviews. It looks like all the masks I have gotten on airplanes and drug stores. But it turned out to be way more comfortable and cooling, even for the tropical country I am in. It stays on the whole night as well. My sleep has been transformed completely and I look forward to using it every night.

He comprado dos uno para mi y otro para mi mujer. Al ser verano estamos con casi 35 grados de media todos los días y dormimos con ventanas abiertas. La luz entra pronto por las mañanas, y con estos antifaces dormimos como reyes. No nos entra nada de luz. Perfectos y cómodos.
