I’ve tried so many multi vitamins and they all give me athlete’s foot, some sort of yeast I presume in the morning ingredients. This hasn’t given me athletes foot and my skin looks good. Highly recommend it.

Terrible taste
Bought these and the probiotic. Only taken 2 days worth but had to comment on the revolting small and taste of the vitamin capsules and they are huge. Really unpleasant to swallow. Maybe unavoidable with this type of product but would put me off repurchasing.

Great product for women
I have purchased this item before ND been taking it since late 2017 so I know it's a great product and helps women approaching menopause. The packaging could have been more secure as there were bottles inside.

Great value for so much supplement.
So far so good. I’ve been taking my supplements for 2wks and I’m already noticing that I have a little more energy and I’m not getting as many night cramps. I’ve ordered the hair, skin and nails formula today and another bottle of above.
