If you have a sensitive or irritated scalp, this shampoo may really help. I have tried several brands (both cheaper and more expensive) and the Eucerin DermoCapillaire Calming Urea Shampoo is the best price–quality option I’ve found. Because it works well for me, I started buying it through the Subscribe & Save program on Amazon and haven’t felt the need to change. After more than a year of consistent use, my scalp is no longer painful or red. A small downside is that the formula focuses on soothing the scalp rather than cosmetic effects, so it can leave the hair a bit dry, especially if you already have naturally dry or frizzy hair like mine. I usually fix this by using a mask or conditioner on the lengths, which works well. Overall, it’s a very effective shampoo for scalp comfort, and I’m happy to keep using it long-term.

This shampoo is really great for when you are going for shower. It really makes your hair nice and smooth after having a shower and is really great value for money. It can really calm area when appling it to your hair and face while also keeping clean.

I've been using this shampoo on and off for a while now. I have a very sensitive scalp with some inflammation. I find this shampoo does help a bit with the soreness, itching and irritation I experience but it doesn't help completely. That being said, I've not found any shampoo that does. I think if you have a dry, sensitive scalp, this could help you somewhat. It's very gentle and unperfumed which is good. Overall I've given it 4 stars because it's the best I've used so far and I've tried many.

This is the only shampoo that eases my scalp itching. Sometimes I still get a little itchy but it’s been a life changer for. Only problem is, it’s working for my daughters itchy scalp too (eczema) and now I have to buy more 🤣

After trying ALL the expensive shampoo and conditioner combos for my silver fine hair, this has been a revelation! One shampoo and no need for conditioner, my hair is shiny, soft and in perfect condition. Will stick with this as long as they make it. Worth every penny.

I have another product from this brand that I am very satisfied with, but the shampoo did not surprise me, it is a regular shampoo that did not improve the condition of the scalp
