Solgar Formula VM-75 - Vitamins B, C & E - Calcium - Folic Acid - Rich in Antioxidants - Vegan - 90 Tablets

I've been using Solgar VM75 formula on and off for years. There is not getting away from it, they are more expensive than a lot of other multi-vitamins but I think it's worth paying a bit more to get something which is high quality. I notice that I definitely have more energy when I use this formulation, they are a definite pick-me-up and keep me going throughout the day at work and also when I go running and do weight-training. I've used other formulations and they don't have anywhere near the same effect as Solgar. They are a big pill, however I don't find them a problem to swallow. A large sip of water and I can swallow them easily. it's nice to see them so cheaply here at Amazon as I normally buy them from a health food shop near where I live and they are £10 for 30, so these are a steal at this price !

Have used Solgar supplements for 35 years.Very good all-round back up to our busy lives and weather conditions! Not a replacement for healthy eating, but I feel the difference if I don’t take them for a while.

This is so good. I started feeling the difference after 2 days. The VM75 is the best. I read the reviews before buying and am glad I did. It helps me with my menopausal symptoms and I get a good night sleep

Been using these for a few years. The best value for money in terms of the amount of vit and minerals you get compared to other brands. They lose a star because I really wish Solgar would do something about reducing the massive size of the tablets. Even taking 2 smaller tablets a day would be better than trying to swallow these. They should come with a choke hazard warning.

It is difficult to establish whether multi vitamins work or don't. But I have used this brand for decades .... and I am still alive

Quality supplements.

These were recommended to me by someone I know who runs a health food shop. Over the winter, I was always a bit susceptible to getting a cold, and sometimes my skin would get red round the nose over the same time.So I usually now take these between about november and march, and what a difference they have made. Don't get the same number of colds and more importantly my skin definitely seems to hold up better.No doubt they are a premium when compared with the small packs you get out of the shops... But if your serious about some support for your health, the extra few quid is worth it.P.s. don't be alarmed when you see your pee looks like yellow highlighter pen colour :-)

This vitamin/ mineral supplement is excellent, especially when compared with another top end brand (a British one) that I've tried in the past . I find a big difference in my energy levels, shinier, silkier hair, softer (better hydrated) skin and fewer aches and pains, even after working out hard at the gym. All this even though my diet is already quite balanced, plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, quality meat and most meals cooked completely from scratch.Lastly, I often suffer from sneezing fits during the winter when the central heating system is on, but these disappear when taking my VM-75s. I would highly recommend them.
