Having a dog with a sensitive stomach means we always keep a tube of this at home. It really works well (and fast) at easing our dogs upset tums. (One of our dogs love the taste and will take it with no problem, the other has to be pretty much force fed it. 😂) This really does work and the price here is so much cheaper than buying it from the vets. I would recommend that all dog owners buy and keep a tube of this at home as part of their pet's first aid kit.

Brilliant stuff, sorted my dog's diarrhoea very quickly and so much cheaper than a trip to the vets! Would be 5 stars but for the design of the dosing syringe, which I struggled with all but the very first dose. But the contents did the trick, so a minor complaint.

The best 'sticky, malty & oily' paste for a cats upset stomach. It gets to work quite quickly and starts to help style things down immediately. The screw open dispenser is a great idea, you know you are giving the right amount each time. My older cat will eat practically anything that is put onto his food so he is easy to give it to. My other cat is exactly the opposite so it's a wrestle/pin head back/squirt into mouth and hold on situation with him. A small warning - it is sticky and oily and is difficult to get out of material. If it has been sitting for a little while the oil tends to build up and squirts out first. So a good shake and standing back a bit is key

We always have one of these in the cupboard Dog has a bout of diarrhoea- a dose of this and they are right of run by the following day - usually. If problem persists take your dog to a vet. Not only does it firm your dog back up but is also a probiotic and helps ease the stomach and keep it healthy. Dogs don’t seem to mind it mixed in with food If bought from vet would be at least 8x more expensive This is exactly the same product (a vet friend has specifically told me) and does the job perfectly. Excellent product to relieve issues my cat’s occasional tummy issues which cause soft poos. This is amazingly quick at promoting comfort for puss. Such a relief for cat owners when they need help. I smear a creamy dose onto puss’s paw with the sure and certain knowledge that she’ll try to shake it off with one strong flick then run off at top speed to lick it away. Don’t wear anything good when you smear it as I think it will be a reaction from a lot of cats to try to shake it off and even though it’s a firm, formed cream and comes out in a long squeeze, it can still land a brown blob on your clothing! Smells like something faintly yeasty. Doesn’t seem unpleasant and she licks it all off with never any ill-effects. This is so much better than watching cats suffering with diarrhoea through stress of travel or a new type of food not agreeing with them for example. I’ll never be without it and this type of medication is recommended by vets to alleviate and clear symptoms. I’ve used it twice and each time it only takes a short while to settle symptoms. Worthwhile to keep handy for so many reasons.

Un buen probiotico

Ein sehr gutes Darmtherapeutikum. Habe einen Yorkshire mit empfindlichem Magen und Darmtrakt. Hiermit kommt immer schnell Beruhigung in den Darm. Empfehlung war auch von unserer Tierärztin.

Diese Paste bekam ich das erste Mal von unserem Tierarzt mit, als eines unserer Kitten an Durchfall erkrankte. Bei Kitten muss man ja extrem aufpassen, da diese schnell zu viel Flüssigkeit verlieren und es dann lebensgefährlich wird. Wir sind also schneller als wir es mit einer Erwachsenen getan hätten, zum Tierarzt. Bei unserem bisherigen Tierarzt wäre in so einem Fall direkt ein Antibiotika gespritzt worden, was zur Folge gehabt hätte, dass man die Darmflora noch zusätzlich hätte neu aufbauen müssen (jedes Antibiotika tötet auch die "guten Bakterien") - unser jetziger möchte das gerade bei den Kleinen nicht tun und gab uns diese Paste. Sollte es damit in 2 Tagen nicht deutlich besser werden, sollten wir wiederkommen. Die erste Ladung bekam die Kleine direkt beim Tierarzt, ein paar Stunden später gaben wir ihr die nächste. Wohlschmeckend ist diese Paste wohl nur, wenn man nicht krank ist - unsere anderen Katzen waren bei dem Geruch der Paste ganz wild darauf, unser Krankes Mäuschen war aber derzeit überhaupt nicht begeistert. Schon am nächsten Morgen konnte man in der Toilette deutlich eine besserung Erkennen - der Kot war noch sehr breiig aber Flüssigkeit war keine mehr dabei. Im Laufe des Tages wurde es ganz langsam immer ein Stückchen besser und auch der Kleinen ging es deutlich besser als noch am Vortag. Nach Rücksprache mit unserem Tierarzt sollten wir nun erstmal abwarten, die Paste weitergeben, bis der Kot wieder normal ist, was wir auch taten und das ging recht schnell. Als der Durchfall weg war war auch die Tube (15ml) fast leer und welch Wunder: gegen Ende der Tube und als es der Kleinen wieder gut ging, mochte auch sie diese Paste und schleckte den kleinen Rest freudig vom Finger. Wir haben uns jetzt direkt eine Ersatztube hier bestellt, damit wir sie im Notfall immer im Haus haben und so gleich bei Beginn eines Durchfalls mit natürlichen Mitteln helfen können. Sicherlich ist es kein Allheilmittel, aber wenn die Darmflora angegriffen ist können diese Helfer-Bakterien scheinbar sehr viel ausrichten und auch wenn mal Antibiotika gegeben werden muss hilft sie dabei, die zerstörte Darmflora wieder neu aufzubauen. Wir sind froh, diese Paste gefunden zu haben.
