Inside the box was 500g of dextrose which was exactly what I needed. I tasted some of the powder and it tasted just like dextrose. Then I then made a fructose free cake and it was a bit meh, because they are a bit naff, and it tasted like a cake without fructose just like I always make them. Anyway, I wish I could eat sugar without getting a migraine so I have to make mediocre cakes. But I like cake! Oh, and the cardboard box it comes in was definitely cardboard. It fitted in my paper recycling bin with ease, so don't go stressing about that. I have also never been able to do summersaults and the graphic on the cardboard box made me think I could after eating the product.
