Can you actually hula hoop with them?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately with this size of hoop you would not be able to hula with these hoops as they are 450mm (18"). You can hula with the larger size hoops.

Hi there, I am looking to get these for party favours for my daughters bday. The guests are 3-5 years old. Which size do you recommend for this age?

I got the 600mm size for my 5 year old daughter which were just the right size for her (I forgot to mention the size in my last message!)

What is the thickness of the material please? Eg 10mm diameter?
