I read the previous reviews,a bit worried about the size and corners. I brought this to replace my old one. The old one was straight edge while the new is slightly curved edge. It turns out fit in perfectly in seconds. The product feels heavy and looks robust. I am not using it on driveway just for people to walk on. It feels stable enough when I standing on it.

Good quality, strong cover. No "give" at all. Only let down by the plastic frame. Having said that, all the similar products also use plastic framing (often of dubious quality. To be fair the plastic frame seems very robust.

I have just replaced my old drain cover with this 10 ton drain cover, hopefully this one I wont buckle like the old when car or vans park on my drive way.

Comes as a shock to find out how much these cost to replace after someone swipes the one from your driveway you've been walking and driving over for most of your life! Only hassle was that old cast iron ones were cast exactly square on the corners, but the new pressed steel ones are rounded off just enough not to notice till you try to fit them over the old mounting and find they won't go even though they are nominally the same size. :/ However: it turned out that the new plastic frame, which I had not intended to use, as the old metal one was still fine, actually did fit exactly over the old metal frame, and it all came nicely flush with the surrounds. Very neat.

Looks the part. Not used a nylon frame before. Hopefully holds up.

This is not super heavy duty but is perfect for residential driveway. Looks neat and easy to install

Really solid cover and seems well galvanised. Found the frame easy to bed in and reasonably rigid. Good value.

Got this to replace one fitted by contractor as that one started to bend, fitted the existing one so just a straight swap, better quality and works well
