I buy this brand all the time, tried others but this brand works the best for me, very effective. Easy to swallow, size isn’t too big or too little, and go down fine. They don’t smell, great strength and seriously good value for money.

Purchase these to add to my collection of vitamins, and also add to my other B vitamins that I take. Heard thiamine is meant to be good for releasing pent-up energy from the sympathetic nervous system, which is what I’ve been struggling with recently. In other words it can create an anxiety if not under control so wanted to try these out in hopes they would help. Still early doors to say if they are working as I have only been on them less than a week, but hoping for the best as I’ve heard great things. Great quality product and good price.
