Disappointing- that there’s not enough of the strap to easily go around me like in picture of over shoulder, under arm and then fasten - strap has no give/stretch in it. If your a below regular size eg below 6ft might be the product for you.

Just arrived in original box no outer box and not sealed! From the photo it looks like the gel pack is in a sleeve but you have to wrap it in a towel once frozen or heated.

I have now been using it for four days. Only in the last two days have I been making efficient use of it, Being a gel in this product I found it important to place the cold parts directly on to the skin. For that personal needs have to be thought of. I have found, at 83, it sufficient to put a dressing gown over exposed body areas.Twenty minutes or so is its maximum use because by then the cold is disappearing

This belt allows you to walk about while benifiting from the pain relief of the heat
