I use Neilmeds nasal rinses everyday. Tried this Handy nasal spray already mixed. Only used one type nose tip attachment. Works for me on the go. I use for extreme nasal inflammation. Keeping nose from drying out and gives relief.

Very disappointed with this - it arrived on Friday, used it once, on Sat once, yesterday once and today THE CAN WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY!!! I thought it was going to be good …..

Although it is true this nasal spray doesn't last long if you use the large nasal spray connector. It normally lasts me about four days. It is very effective. This nasal spray reaches parts other nasal sprays don't reach.

Use this spray every day after having nasal surgery very easy to use.

I have had to use several brands of saline nasal spray and I have to say this is by far the best! I have only used it once but its a much larger bottle than the sterimar I have previously used. The dosage/size of the spray is determined by the length of time you hold your finger on the spray unlike some of the metered dose pumps. The three tips are useful but I think that the flush tip would use the contents pretty quickly, if that is what you are looking for then a netipot and some sachets would be much better value. I only use the finest mist and it requires the very smallest of sprays to get maximum effect. I will be sticking to this brand from now on!

This only worked for a few seconds before the spray stopped, even with the can almost entirely full. I tried the other caps in case the first one was blocked, but none of them would spray.

I’ve recently had ENT surgery and thought this would be an easier, more convenient and (most importantly) more discrete way to carry out my nasal rinses once I return to work. The LVLP tip did a brilliant job at carrying out the nasal rinse, but I finished the bottle after 4 complete rinses. I’ve managed to find a syringe that fits the LVLP tip, and will be using that and the NeilMed sachets instead. Not as convenient or discrete, but a more reasonable priced alternative.

1st of all you actually get all 3 tips! That's amazing, I was not expecting that for the low price. If you have a chronic sinusitis like I do and/or a deviated septum you need a gentle rinse each day, and this is perfect. This is not a full irrigation system, this would be for maintenance or rinsing if you have a cold or your sinus are bothering you.

This product is expensive and they didn't care about quality control. it's pathetic. The can is defective. Please never buy this product otherwise you will repent

Literally knocks the snot out of you. Been using this for a few years and it definitely helps me get over colds much faster and keeps my nose clear.
