Solid Ka'Chava flavor. Mixes perfectly every time. Hard to beat. A bit expensive but the reasons to why are in the ingredients.

Very good protein source. Tasty and easy to incorporate into my diet. It seems to help with hunger as well.

Nutrition: This is nutritionally amazing & the flavor is the best of any plant protein I’ve tried. No chalkiness or weird aftertaste. When I have it with creamy oat milk, the chai flavor tastes like snickerdoodle cookies. Digestive comfort: For those with sensitive tummies, start with half a serving for the first week or two. And maybe not every day, then gradually build up to the full serving. And drink slowly, don’t chug! I had bloating and gassiness at the full serving initially, until I tapered down and slowly built back up to the full serving. I think it took time for my body to digest the nutrients & get used to the probiotics.

When they advertise that they perfected this nutrition powder they meant it! This stuff tastes great. It's like a treat when you make it with oat milk or almond milk. I was surprised to learn that when you mix it with just water, it's just as good. Its creamy, not grainy. The flavor is great. I've tried the vanilla and the chai. I can't decide which one I like more. It is rather expensive, but for the taste and the nutrition value I'd say it's worth it. I noticed a real difference in the way my hair grew and the way my nails became strong and started to finally grow long without peeling cracking or breaking. They haven't grown in years and when they do they tear right away. A measurable difference in my health when I started drinking one a day. I would never buy another brand of protein/ nutrition shake again.

I really didn’t care for this - the household all agreed that it tasted weird. We will try to salvage it by adding ingredients. I’ll stick with chocolate which is much better.

1 scoop in the morning gives me just enough protein for proper supplement absorbtion. The chai KaChava is my favorite flavor other than vanilla. It doesn't taste artificial like most protein powders or meal replacement powders.

My wife absolutely loves anything Kachava creates and I now see why. I purchased a bag to try with a flavor that I would like and I'm blown away. The nutrient + the taste, it's a big win. My ONLY tiny complaint is the premium price.
