I've stopped buying expensive IEM (In Ear Monitors) as I tend to break them so I've stuck to buying headphones around this price range. It's hard choosing headphones especially at this price range as you don't know how they are going to sound and you can't test before buy....also there is so much choice! This headphones are very good for the price, they aren't audiophile quality but that's to be expected. In terms of bass response they are a little "boomy" but it's far from being bad. You won't get super deep bass when listened to something like Chase & Status but they do handle bass well. At high volume the "boomyness" can drown out the mid-range but nothing I'm not willing to accept. Mid-range is good; I would like more clarity but still well defined. I'm picking up the separate instruments better than my previous set of headphones. Treble isn't tinny or annoying and can comfortably listening for long periods with no issues. They say you should run the drivers in for a couple of days before you judge the sound like I have but I personnaly think it's more you adjust to the sound they produce. I really like the cable; it stays tangle free due to the matte spiral design. It's harder to knot together and separates easily saving me hours of de-tangling!! The actual units have good built quality but look more plastic than aluminium (except for the Sony logo). Sound isolation is very good but I suppose that's down to how well the buds fit in your ears. There doesn't seem to be much sound leakage which is good for me as it stops people staring on the train =P. I like these headphones, good value, think they will last a while and I trust Sony, especially in this price range. For £7 more on this site you can buy the same set with iPhone controls, but it's only one button (track skip/pause/play) rather than 3 buttons (volume control)

Very satisfied with these earphones! I always used cheaper ones so far but there was always something bugging me about the quality of sound or how they looked. I decided to invest in slightly more expensive ones and I am very happy I did. Not experiencing any issues with discolouration so far (someone mentioned this with their pair I think, or maybe it was the brass version), after about a month of intensive use. Quite good in terms of noise-cancelling - used them on an airplane and on public transportation and they work really well! They also fit super comfy in my ears and don't fall out. The cord does tangle a bit, but it's very easy to untangle. It's the type of material that does it. My old earphones had a more rubbery (sticky?) type of cord which was a nightmare to untangle. Only thing I would have loved to have differently is a volume control rather than just a smartphone control that essentially only allows to play/stop or go to the next song (I think - I never use this button to be honest). Really happy I invested in these quality earphones for a change :)

As a fan of Sony products I chose these as a replacement for standard head phones that I got with phone. These little phones pack a lot of sound detail and a punchy bass into their small lightweight housing. They fit comfortably in the ear and block out enough external noise to allow you to enjoy your music with little distraction. Great set of in ear headphones and great value for money. Would highly recommend.

I'm really unsure about these IEs. The only thing I can really compare these to are the free IEs I got with my HTC one(m8). With this comparison I can say the free ones have better noise isolation by far, and as for sound quality, theres really not that much difference. The bass isn't really all there, the mids are fine and the clarity is nice. The build quality however is great! I can't say much as of now, but the cables seem like they can battle through some wear and tear and the housing is a solid finish. Overall, I wasn't really expecting more than this for £40 as they are still a cheap pair.

Je les préfère à l'autre version des Sony que g aussi achetée il y quelques mois. Ceux-là sont fins, ne me donne l'impression qu'ils sont en trop. J' arrachait tous le temps les autres dans de faux mouvements, preuves qu'ils gênaient. Ils étaient trop lourds! L'étoile de réserve c pour la qualité audio qui peut certainement être meilleure encore (d'anciens produits Sony me permettent de le penser)

J'ai acheté ces écouteurs en complément des EX650 de la même marque car j'avais lu quelque part que la qualité sonore était presque identique. Je n'ai pas pris le temps de les comparer, mais les EX450 sont de qualité très satisfaisante, surtout pour moins de 20 € : le son est clair, limpide, j'ai l'impression qu'ils restituent correctement tout le spectre, ils ne sont pas très "basseux", mais honnêtement je préfère. Tout est bien équilibré et détaillé, je les adore. Je tiens à préciser que je me suis fiée uniquement à mes oreilles pour rédiger cet avis, je n'ai fait aucun test technique. J'estime que des écouteurs sont de qualité à partir du moment où ils permettent de ressentir pleinement l'émotion transmise dans une musique, de nous immerger dans la mélodie, et c'est le cas de ces écouteurs, bien qu'ils n'équivalent pas à des systèmes d'écoute audiophiles bien évidemment, j'en suis extrêmement satisfaite. Ils sont fournis avec une petite pochette en tissu qui se ferme avec des liens coulissant, très simple mais pratique. Les finitions sont très bonnes, la télécommande fonctionne sur les iDevice (appuyer deux fois successivement pour passer à la musique suivante, trois fois pour revenir en arrière, une fois pour mettre pause), et le fil présente un relief (imitation tressage nylon) ce qui limite les noeuds. Il est néanmoins très fin. J'espère que mon avis vous aura été utile :)

Ça fait déjà quelques mois que je les ai, ils sont super confortable et le son est juste parfait (pour moi). Le cable ne s'emmêle presque jamais, mais dans tous les cas il est très simple à démêler! Livré avec une petite pochette pour ranger ses écouteurs, c'est très pratique et on les reçoit très bien emballé. La qualité est au rendez-vous, je recommande.

"Ach Du meine Güte!" war das Erste, was ich dachte, als ich diese Kopfhörer zum ersten Mal ausprobierte. Während der letzten Wochen kaufte ich mehrere verschiedene In-Ears. (Noname aus dem Supermarkt, Samsung EHS44, Panasonic RP-HJE120E1A und Philips SHE8000. Klangqualität etwa in dieser Reihenfolge.) Mit den Sony MDR-EX450W bin ich endlich zufrieden. Hätte ich mal lieber gleich etwas mehr Geld in die Hand genommen! Ich hätte viele Euro sparen können. Mit diesen Kopfhörern klingt Musik klar und detailreich. Man hört tiefe Bässe, klare Höhen und dazwischen saubere Mitten. Dagegen klingen die oben genannten Panasonic und Philips, als wären sie voller Watte. Ich habe in Songs plötzlich Details wahrgenommen, die mir vorher nie auffielen. Ich habe sogar den Eindruck, dass die Stereowiedergabe besser ist als mit den billigeren In-Ears. Den Klang würde ich als "warm" bezeichnen. Anders als bei den vorher von mir getesteten Kopfhören halten sich Bässe hier dezent zurück. Die Kopfhörer geben die wirklich tiefen Frequenzen eindeutig wieder, aber die Bässe dominieren nicht, sondern sind nur Teil eines großen Spektrums. Wer auf wummernde Musik steht, sollte besser zu billigeren In-Ears greifen. Einen "Nachteil" haben die Sony MDR-EX450W: Man hört den Unterschied zwischen gut und schlecht abgemischten Songs, zwischen gut und schlecht kompilierten MP3s. ;-)

Ich benutze seit knapp 2 Jahren zuhause die Audiotechnica ATH-M50 und wollte für die Arbeit preiswerte In-Ear-Kopfhörer, damit ich nicht mit großen Kopfhörern im Büro sitzen muss. Dabei bin ich dann nach einigem Suchen auf die Sony MDR-EX450H gestoßen, über die viel Gutes berichtet wird. Ich benutze diese Kopfhörer jetzt seit einem Monat und bin alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Erstmal zum Musikerlebnis: Ich höre überwiegend Hip Hop, EDM und Electro und muss sagen, dass die Kopfhörer besonders für solche Musik sehr geeignet sind. Die Höhen werden sehr klar wiedergegeben und die Bässe sind prägnant, sie kommen nicht zu kurz und übersteuern auch nicht. Hier ein wirkliches Genusserlebnis für einen recht geringen Preis. Im Gegensatz dazu bin ich nicht ganz überzeugt beim Thema Gitarrensounds. Ich habe einige diverse Lieder gehört und finde, dass es hier zum Teil an Klarheit fehlt. Es ist manchmal sehr schwer einzelne Nuancen rauszuhören und so können beeindruckende Gitarrensolos manchmal das gewisse Etwas verlieren. Mich selbst stört dies nicht allzu sehr, da ich nicht sehr oft Rock o. Ä. höre und es ist nicht so, als würden die Kopfhörer nichts taugen in dem Bereich, für den Preis bin ich trotzdem zufrieden. Man sollte dies nur im Kopf behalten, wenn man vorwiegend solche Musik hört. Die Verarbeitung der Kopfhörer ist in meinen Augen sehr hochwertig für den Preis. Das Aluminiumgehäuse sieht klasse aus, das Kabel ist auf den ersten Blick ein wenig dünn, wirkt aber trotzdem robust durch die Ummantelung. Ich konnte auch bisher nicht feststellen, dass die Isolation unzureichend ist. Selbst bei einer Geräuschkulisse, die nur aus Tastaturklacken besteht, konnte ich keinen Sound nach außen durchdringen hören und selbst wenn es mal lauter wurde im Büro, konnten die Kopfhörer alles sehr gut abschirmen (dies konnte ich feststellen, da nach mir gerufen wurde und ich dies erst mitbekommen habe, als mein Name praktisch geschrien wurde). Sehr geeignet also für Büroarbeit oder häufige Busfahrten, bei denen man sein Umfeld schonen möchte oder wo es mal lauter wird und man trotzdem seine Musik genießen möchte. Hinzu kommen diverse Extras, so zum Beispiel die Aufsätze in verschiedenen Größen, um den Tragekomfort zu optimieren, die Tragetasche, die die Kopfhörer für unterwegs schonen und es gibt eine kleine Kabelhalterung, an der man das Kabel herumwickeln und befestigen kann. Sehr nützlich, wenn man unterwegs ist und das Kabel nicht in die Hosentasche stopfen möchte, damit nichts rumhängt. Durch die verschiedenen Aufsätze ist eben auch der Tragekomfort sehr hoch. Ich hatte bisher noch nicht das Gefühl, dass die Kopfhörer unangenehm sitzen und ich konnte auch über längere Zeiträume ohne Probleme meine Musik hören. Und wer dann doch Beschwerden hat, der kann die anderen Aufsätze ausprobieren, denn dies sollte Abhilfe leisten. Als Fazit kann ich sagen, dass man bei dem Preis fast nichts falsch machen kann. Ich war positiv überrascht von dem recht klaren Klangbild, da ich dies bei Kopfhörern für 30€ nicht in dem Maße erwartet hätte und das Gesamtpaket überzeugt. Es kommt zwar nicht an meine ATH-M50 ran, aber das war nicht zu erwarten bei einem Preisunterschied von ca. 100€. Für den geringen Preis kann man sich nichts besseres in dieser Preisklasse wünschen, wenn man nicht gerade nur Rock oder Metal hört. Sehr zu empfehlen!
