How to used there do I need electric cap for hair

Well, I needed a refund cause it never showed up but no, to use you only need a cup of hot water to heat the oil tube. Then apply to hair, soak and rinse.

Instructions for this?

The instructions on the box say to warm the little vial of oil in hot water (I just held it under the warm water in the shower) and put on wet hair, leave for about a minute then shampoo out. It really did leave my hair nice and silky looking and my hubby even remarked on how my hair shined. I have short, thin hair so only used about a third of the vial. I will be able to get 3 treatments out of each vial.
