Perfect for artists like me
I love this, it's really taken the pressure of being aware your paint is drying as you're working on a project. I'm fairly slow when it comes to permanent paints like acrylic, so I rarely used them. I hate wastage, and I haven't felt like I could really enjoy acrylic paint knowing I can't reactivate it like watercolour. I'm really glad I bought this, I had it on my wishlist for ages, and recently I got back into acrylic painting. It kept my acrylic paint wet for 2 days at least and let me experiment with painting without feeling pushed for time. The paper you keep wet on the bottom is basically watercolor paper, so if you have any cheap ones you can use that. I've also used greaseproof baking paper as a substitute palette paper and that works just fine, too. Ironically though, actual disposable palette paper I bought from The Range does not do well sitting on the damp base, so don't bother trying to use that. The tray itself is lightweight, could be easy to crack if you're not careful but then hopefully you won't drop or damage it. Really good size, even though I check sizes before I buy I was still surprised, it's nice and big. I definitely recommend this to anyone like me who doesn't like wasting paint when it dries out

Great little piece of kit, keeps paint wet and usable for longer than I thought it would
I have had and been using this for about 10 months now, and it's been a fantastic help with my painting. The wet palette keeps my paints flowing and usable for longer than I thought, I have opened up the palette a day later and have found the paint in it still usable. It's not airtight so this was a nice surprise. Also it's a decent price for a good quality wet palette that keeps you paints wet, more manageable and usable for longer periods. It's been a very handy tool for my miniature painting, and I would certainly recommend it and buy it again if I needed to replace the one I have.

A Little Large for Mini Painters but Still a Great Product!
I have searched far and wide for a good Wet Palette, I have made DIY wet palettes and bought expensive supposed everlasting wet palettes and I have never been completely happy with them. Until now, I use a WP for painting miniature figures for Warhammer 40k so the Frisk WP is a bit on the large side however after receiving it I put it to use and found it was the best WP I have ever used. At the price you'd daft not to give it a try. Okay this isn't made of the highest quality plastic and I doubt it would take a lot to break it, it doesn't come with a sponge but rather uses blotting paper but it works and the parchment paper is great, you can mix on it without the paper breaking down as some expensive brands do and it keeps your paint wet. Actually after getting used to the larger working surface I prefer it to smaller palettes! Surprisingly the blotting paper works well but you can easily replace this with a sponge and/or kitchen roll if you prefer! The replacement paper is affordable too.

Super wet palette
This wet palette is my first and does the job greatly ok my be a little flimsy but that's what you get for the price it's great. Ok j woulng travel with it but to sit in my hobbies area it does the job. It comes with the barrier peppers and is really easy to use once you use your wet palette on wont wang to use anything else its Brilliant for holding your paints they last for days and great to get those colour blends when mixing. K definitely recommend this to a first time user for a wet palette for the price

Good enough
This does the job - it keeps my paints from drying out, has a low lip that is comfortable and easy to pick the paint up from. It is perfectly functional. On the downside, it feels very cheap and flimsy - I do not expect it to have a long life. With hindsight, I wish I had spent a bit more money and bought a higher quality product, but this will do for now, I will not be returning or replacing it, but when (or if) it breaks I will not be buying the same product again.

User-friendly and robust
I'm really impressed with this item. I wanted a palette for watercolour (not acrylic) that had several separated 'spaces' for different colours to be mixed, and that wasn't so 'shiny' (eg, metal) that the paint just beaded up and wouldn't spread out. This excells on all counts. It has 18 small indents for a range of colours, and 3 large 'spaces' for mixing. There is an internal perpex tray in the lid (easy to lift out for cleaning) and both this perpex tray and the two spaces in the paint tray are perfect for mixing watercolour on: the paint does not bead or roll off, but equally it wipes off quickly if you need to change colours. I didn't care about the air-tight seal when I bought it but I'm a convert now. When I close it up, most of the watercolour paint 'blobs' in the indents don't entirely dry out, making it easier to continue painting the next day. I haven't tried carrying it around when it has a lot of wet paint still in the central 'spaces' but it closes so firmly that I don't think it would leak. It's also light to carry. I'm really pleased with this palette - the plastic is robust, not cheap and brittle, and I'm seriously considering buying a second for reserve. Please note - this review was for WATERCOLOUR use, not acrylic.

One of the best pieces of equipment for painting anyone who paints can own!
So easy to use, keeps paints wet for longer meaning less wastage and better consistency when mixing colours as it lasts longer if you cannot complete in one sitting. On average I find the paints stay wet for a few days. Awesome bit of kit.

Lid is molded drop-In not hinged, mine arrived with Torn band. Large sticky label over Instructions
Arrived quicky (Prime) basic, lightweight Plastic Pallet, Liner sheets included to keep Acrylic/Oil paint moist and prevent pigment staining. Great idea but materials are flimsy not sure on longevity of use? Once laid on a solid surface and loaded with paint, it provides bags of space to work with and contain full spectrum of Colours. I use ceramic for Colour mixing. but damp liner not been tested for 'paint Bleed' yet. Its a handy device to have, bit pricey on quality but certainly functional so will recommend.

Consegna molto rapida.
